YWBUTTON Affiliate Program: Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the YWBUTTON Affiliate Program!

These Terms and Conditions are designed to create a clear and productive partnership. They outline the requirements, benefits, and responsibilities for all parties involved.

Please read this agreement carefully. By submitting your application to join the YWBUTTON Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. You also affirm that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

Please Note: At this time, we can only accept applications from registered businesses or individuals operating as independent contractors.

About Us
“YWBUTTON” represents YIU WAH BUTTON CO LTD, a limited company and registered legal entity in Hong Kong. Throughout this agreement, “YWBUTTON,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to this legal entity.

1. Joining the Program: Registration & Approval

  • Application Review: All applications are manually reviewed to ensure a good mutual fit. This process may take up to 5 business days, and we will notify you of our decision via email.

  • Communication: By joining, you agree to receive occasional emails from us regarding program updates, changes to these terms, and other relevant affiliate information.

  • Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and complete information about yourself, your business, and the website(s) or platforms you intend to use for promotion.

We may reject applications for websites or businesses that, in our sole discretion:

  • Promote violence, discrimination, explicit content, illegal activities, or infringe on intellectual property rights.

  • Use domains containing “YWBUTTON,” its variations, or common misspellings.

  • Mimic our website’s design in a way that could confuse or mislead customers.

  • Are involved in the unauthorized resale of our products.

  • Otherwise fail to meet our quality standards or are deemed inappropriate.

We reserve the right to decline any application for any reason.

2. Earning Commissions & Getting Paid

  • Commission Rate: You will earn a 5% commission on the total value of each sale made through your unique affiliate link.

  • Cookie Duration: We use a 30-day cookie tracking window. This means you will receive credit for any sale made within 30 days of a customer clicking your affiliate link.

  • Last-Click Attribution: The commission is always awarded to the last affiliate link the customer clicked before making their purchase (within the 30-day window).

  • Payout Threshold & Schedule: The minimum payout threshold is $100 USD. Payments for commissions older than 30 days and not subject to refund are processed monthly, via bank transfer, between the 15th and the last day of the month.

  • Tax Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to your earnings from this program in your country of residence.

  • Rate Changes: We reserve the right to modify commission rates at any time. You will be notified via email prior to any changes taking effect.

  • Commission Status: All commissions are subject to review and approval. You can track the status of each commission (e.g., Pending, Approved, Paid) in your affiliate dashboard.

  • Self-Purchases: You are not permitted to earn a commission on purchases you make for yourself using your own affiliate link.

3. Promoting YWBUTTON: Do’s & Don’ts

We encourage you to promote YWBUTTON through creative and honest methods. The following are permitted:

  • Sharing your link directly with friends or potential customers.

  • Writing genuine reviews or relevant articles on your blog or website.

  • Sharing your link on your social media channels (in compliance with each platform’s rules).

  • Promoting your link in emails to your subscribers (who must be able to opt-out).

  • Discussing YWBUTTON and your affiliate link on podcasts.

Prohibited promotional methods include:

  • Spamming: Sending unsolicited emails, mass messages, or posting links in irrelevant forums or comment sections.

  • Misrepresentation: Misleading customers, using fake testimonials, or pretending to be YWBUTTON or an official representative.

  • Paid Advertising: Using paid search ads (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to bid on keywords like “YWBUTTON” or its variants.

  • Coupon Sites: Listing your affiliate link or codes on third-party coupon or deal websites.

This list is not exhaustive. We reserve the right to terminate your account for any promotion we deem harmful to our brand. If you are unsure about a promotional tactic, please contact us for guidance first.

4. Termination

This agreement may be terminated by either party at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice via email.

We reserve the right to terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you breach any of these Terms and Conditions. Any pending or unpaid commissions resulting from such a breach will be forfeited.

5. Final Provisions

  • Independent Contractor Status: You are an independent contractor. This agreement does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship between you and YWBUTTON. You have no authority to bind YWBUTTON to any agreements.

  • Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of Hong Kong. As an independent contractor, you may not take legal action against YWBUTTON in the context of this affiliate relationship.

  • Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. You will be notified via email of any changes in advance.

  • Opting Out: You may leave the affiliate program at any time by notifying us via email.
